Refund Policy

We want founding members to feel safe supporting Invlix early. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Invlix is operated by Muhammad Aaqib Soomro, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. Contact: soomroaaqib55@gmail.com.

1. Founding-Member Pre-Launch Refunds

Invlix is currently in a pre-launch phase. When you purchase founding-member access before the Service is generally available, we promise the following:

Full refund, anytime before launch.

Until the Service is made available to you, you may request a full refund of your founding-member purchase for any reason — no questions, no forms, no conditions beyond asking.

To request a pre-launch refund, email soomroaaqib55@gmail.comfrom the address you used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your original payment method and Lemon Squeezy's processing timelines.

2. Post-Launch Refunds

Once the Service becomes available to you and you begin using it, the following applies:

a. 14-day satisfaction window

If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of it becoming available to you, you may request a full refund. Email us at soomroaaqib55@gmail.com with a brief note on why — we read every one and use the feedback to improve the product.

b. After 14 days

After the 14-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you subscribe to a recurring plan and cancel, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period but will not be charged going forward. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

c. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the above windows at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Service unavailability — prolonged outages or inability to provide the Service as described.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges — if you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Fraud or unauthorized transactions — contact us immediately if you see a charge you did not make.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Because purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (LS Pte. Ltd.), refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

Typical timelines:

  • Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days.
  • Bank transfer: up to 10 business days.

These timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and are largely outside our control.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at soomroaaqib55@gmail.com. We respond quickly and will almost always resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting us adds significant cost and complexity that a simple email would avoid.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

5. Discounted or Promotional Purchases

Founding-member pricing and any future promotional pricing are offered as-is. If you purchase at a discounted rate and later request a refund followed by re-purchase, the promotional pricing may no longer be available.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email soomroaaqib55@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout. Please include:

  • The email address used at the time of purchase.
  • The approximate date of purchase.
  • A brief reason (optional for pre-launch refunds; helpful for post-launch feedback).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is initiated through Lemon Squeezy, and you will receive a confirmation email from them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Any refund request made under the version of the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will be honored under that version.
