These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Invlix website (invlix.com) and the Invlix inventory intelligence service for Shopify stores (the “Service”). Please read them carefully.
By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, purchasing founding-member access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Invlix is operated by Muhammad Aaqib Soomro, an individual sole proprietor based in Pakistan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). You can contact us at soomroaaqib55@gmail.com.
Invlix is currently in a pre-launch phase. Founding-member access grants early access to the Service once it becomes available, as described on our pricing page.
Purchases of Invlix founding-member access and any paid plans are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (LS Pte. Ltd.). When you purchase access, you are entering into a purchase agreement with Lemon Squeezy, who handles payment processing, billing, tax collection, and remittance.
Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms. You can review them at lemonsqueezy.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
During the pre-launch phase, founding-member purchases reserve your right to access the Service when it launches. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate launch timing via the contact email you provide at checkout.
Delivery expectation: Founding-member access is expected to become usable within a reasonable period following your purchase, as communicated at the point of sale. If you are not satisfied with the delivery timeline, you may request a refund under our Refund Policy.
No guarantees of specific features: The Service is under active development. Features described on the website represent our current plans and may evolve based on customer feedback, technical constraints, or business decisions. Nothing on the marketing site constitutes a binding feature commitment.

You retain all rights to your Shopify store data and any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Invlix a limited license to access, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell your data. For details on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
Invlix integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Shopify and Lemon Squeezy. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
The Invlix name, logo, website, and all associated software, documentation, and content are the exclusive property of Muhammad Aaqib Soomro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Inventory recommendations are decision-support tools, not guarantees. Invlix analyzes sales data and surfaces signals, scenarios, and recommendations. The final inventory decision is always yours. We do not guarantee that any recommendation will be accurate, profitable, or suitable for your specific business. You are solely responsible for any orders, purchases, or business decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Muhammad Aaqib Soomro, doing business as Invlix, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, inventory losses, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Invlix (or to Lemon Squeezy for Invlix) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muhammad Aaqib Soomro and Invlix from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and, where appropriate, pro-rated refunds of prepaid amounts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, attempt to notify you via email or via notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Lemon Squeezy transactions may additionally be subject to their own governing law as set out in their terms.
